My vote goes to the Utah Winter Olympics game. The figure skating mode was one of the most retarded things I've ever wasted my time on. You pick a routine, and someone skates, and you just jam random buttons and watch them fall down.

Re: Worst "Sports" Game
Fri, March 5, 2004 - 4:18 PMPretty much, except you make it sound a bit more dynamic and engaging than it really is.
Christ, the Brushing your Teeth simulator in Wario Ware was a hell of a lot more fun than this waste of a game.
Oh, and by the way, the worst sports game of all time is all of them. -

Re: Worst "Sports" Game
Mon, March 22, 2004 - 10:18 AMI had a horrible sports game a few years ago. It was called something like Gootch Gundy's Olympics. That has my vote.

Sun, April 18, 2004 - 11:04 PMNot sure if it counts as "sports" but American Gladiator for the Super Nintendo was fucking awful. All the game entailed was alterantly pressing the left and right buttons on top as quickly as possible. -

Thu, February 24, 2005 - 11:35 AMThe original Atari 2600 Baseball was *really* bad. So was Atari Football for that matter.
Atari IIRC, did come out with a sequel for football and that was great. I'm just talking about the original two. -
